In the world of high-stakes hospitality, experience is the only true currency. At Camp Strategy, we have built our reputation on providing actionable, data-driven pathways for outdoor resort owners. Today, we are significantly deepening that expertise.
We are pleased to announce that Justin Brady and Lisa Brady have joined founding member Jeff Hoffman as partners.
This partnership integrates a formidable history of institutional knowledge into our firm. Over the last decade, Justin and Lisa have spearheaded more than $300M in renovation and development projects, transitioning seamlessly between the precision of corporate hospitality and the agility of boutique asset management.
Institutional Depth. Boutique Execution.
Justin Brady: Development & Operational Leadership Justin’s career is rooted in large-scale asset transformation. During his tenure with Cedar Fair, he served as a primary stakeholder in the revitalization of some of the industry’s most storied properties.
- Key Projects: Justin was instrumental in the historic renovation of Hotel Breakers, the comprehensive rebranding and development of Lighthouse Point Resort Campground, and the strategic repositioning of Castaway Bay and Sawmill Creek Resort.
- The Advantage: He brings a rigorous, “owner-first” perspective to operations, ensuring that every development phase is optimized for long-term sustainability and guest flow.
Lisa Brady: Finance & Strategic Programming
Lisa provides the analytical bridge between a creative vision and financial reality. Her experience at KeyBank and Cedar Fair has given her a unique vantage point on how to navigate complex capital structures and high-
impact programming.
- Key Projects: Lisa’s portfolio includes the development of the Cedar Point Sports Center and Sports Force Parks, as well as the conceptualization and execution of Winterfest programming—a masterclass in driving off-season revenue.
- The Advantage: She specializes in overcoming financial and regulatory obstacles, ensuring that projects are not only visionary but fiscally disciplined.
Proven Success in the Private Sector
Beyond the corporate landscape, Justin and Lisa are proven entrepreneurs. They have successfully scaled a multi-million dollar short-term rental (STR) portfolio and personally developed two high-performing boutique properties: Explorer Rest & Recreation and Homefield Inn.
This dual experience—managing $100M+ corporate renovations while simultaneously growing independent boutique brands—allows Camp Strategy to offer a level of consulting that is as practical as it is prestigious.

For our clients, this expansion means access to a partnership that has seen the hospitality industry from every possible angle. Whether you are navigating a ground-up development or looking to reposition a legacy asset,
the Camp Strategy team provides:
- Risk Mitigation: We’ve navigated the complexities of large-scale construction so you don’t have to.
- Revenue Optimization: From “Winterfest-style” programming to STR yield management, we know how to find hidden margins.
- Scalable Strategy: We apply the discipline of a $300M portfolio to assets of all sizes.
